I really wish I had . . .

That's how this whole thing started.  I said that I really wish I had some really cool earrings.  So,  I made a pair! 

As a person with craft A.D.D. I want to try EVERYTHING!!  It drives me nuts. I think it drives The Man nuts (but he'd never say!)

So that's how the journey began.

Such a good guy!

I really wanted a quality leather bag that was made right here in the U.S.A..  I was telling The Man about my absolute NEED for ANOTHER purse, and that I couldn't find what I wanted, and he pipes up with "I can make you that.". 

Just like that, totally nonchalant, "I can make that."

REALLY??! 

After 15 years, he still surprises me!

So we talked, we measured, we took a trip to the leather store. He measured my planner, my cell phone and the length of my arm from hand to elbow.

He cut, punched, and sewed and Voila!  A bag that was not exactly what I wanted :-( 

Sooo, he took it apart and re-stitched, added some grommets and then (for reals this time!) Voila!   An absolutely gorgeous bag that is PERFECT for me!

Yup, I'm pretty blessed!!
